Our Return Policy
At Bargains BG, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely thrilled with your purchase and wish to return it, we’re happy to help—just keep in mind the following guidelines:
View & Test
Every customer who has purchased a product from BargainsBG.com has the right upon receiving the order to take advantage of the option offered by the courier company hired by us – View and Test.
If the contents of the delivery do not match the characteristics of the ordered product, the customer may not accept the product and does not pay the courier costs for returning the product to the BargainsBG.com sender.
If the customer refuses to accept the shipment because of another reason or no longer wants the item, he should pay the courier costs of returning the product to the sender and any other courier costs incurred.
In case of damage to the content, the customer does not pay the value of the product, as well as the costs of returning the shipment to the sender BargainsBG.com
Every user has the right to return or exchange a product purchased from BargainsBG.com within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, according to the LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION art. 55, para. 1.
Returns Are Accepted If:
- NEW ITEM in the original packaging
- NEW – other, USED – Excellent, USED – Good, USED – Satisfactory, USED – For Parts in the same condition as the item was shipped
- It’s returned within 14 Calendar Days from the delivery date
- The package includes your name and invoice number for smooth processing.
- The return is sent to the correct address to ensure a hassle-free refund.
What’s Not Eligible for Refund:
- New items that have been opened or used
- Items not returned in the same condition in which they were shipped
- Packages that are lost in transit.
- Packages returned in poor condition due to inadequate packaging, making them unusable.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Cancelation Period
To ensure prompt service and maintain customer satisfaction, we process orders as swiftly as possible. Therefore, cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour from the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs & Return
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please contact support if you are considering a return. You will then receive further information from our support team.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back and the returned package is checked at our warehouse.

Refund
A refund will only be issued if Bulgarian Bank details are provided when a member of Bargains BG get in touch. If bank details are not provided a refund will not be issued. Refunds will not be issued via Courier service or Cash and are exclusively by Bank Transfer
